Michael Mershimer, The Company’s founding principal is recognized as a leader in the loss prevention and royalty assurance industries.

Over the past 20 years, Mike has designed, sold, managed directly, and provided royalty assurance and loss prevention programs for worldwide franchise and retail brands including Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin’ Donuts, Quizno’s Sub, American Greetings, Bath and Body Works, and others. Mershimer’s proactive programs are meant to ensure the accurate payment of royalty and advertising fees by Franchise Owners and the reduction of inventory shrinkage and other losses suffered by retailers and restaurant chains. Further, he provides retail security guidance and solutions to franchised and independent retail and restaurant owners in an effort to promote business owner wealth.

Mr. Mershimer is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a degree in Criminal Justice. He is a member of ASIS (Formerly known as American Society for Industrial Security), the National Restaurant Association’s Audit Executive Study Group where he has served as past Chairperson, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the National Food Service Security Council, where Mr. Mershimer has served on the Board of Directors.
